We can provide a licensed title closer in our office, at your law firm or realtor’s office or at your borrowers’ home or place of business, who will certify the title and conduct a full escrow closing. Disbursements are made from our insured escrow account. Our company carries Errors and Omissions coverage as well as Fidelity and Surety Bonds.

All title processing staff members and closing agents are experienced professionals in their field providing your borrower comfort and security. We appreciate that your homeowners are trusting us with what is probably their biggest asset. A file is not just a stack of papers or a name to us. We know and respect that there are people behind each file. We handle each file with special care.

Directions to Quality Title & Abstract Agency from North Jersey:

1. Take the Garden State Parkway (GSP) south toward the Jersey Shore.
   Tip: You can reach the GSP from the NJ Turnpike via Interchange 11.
2. Exit 102 – Asbury Ave / Route 66 (CR‑16): Bear right off the ramp onto Asbury Avenue (CR‑16) and continue east toward Asbury Park. (This interchange is southbound exit only, northbound entrance only.)
3. Stay on Asbury Ave/CR‑16 through the Asbury Park circle following signs for Asbury Ave east.
4. Use local streets to reach Sunset Avenue in Ocean Township:
   • Option A (via Logan Rd): From Asbury Ave, turn left onto Logan Road, then right onto Sunset Ave; continue west to 3415 Sunset Ave. (Logan Rd intersects Sunset Ave; the corridor is ~500 ft west of Hwy 35.)
   • Option B (via Route 71/Main St): Continue to Main St (NJ‑71), turn right (south), then turn right (west) onto Sunset Ave and follow west into Ocean Township to 3415 Sunset Ave.

Directions to Quality Title & Abstract Agency from South Jersey:

1. Take the Garden State Parkway north.
2. Exit 100A – Route 66 East (Asbury Ave/CR‑16): Follow signs for Route 66 east / Asbury Ave toward Asbury Park/Neptune. (Exit 100 complex serves Routes 33/66 and splits into 100 / 100A / 100B.)
3. Continue on Asbury Ave/CR‑16. Then use either local approach:
   • Option A (via Logan Rd): Turn left onto Logan Road, then right onto Sunset Ave; proceed to 3415 Sunset Ave.
   • Option B (via Route 71/Main St): Continue to Main St (NJ‑71), turn right (south), then right (west) onto Sunset Ave; follow west to 3415 Sunset Ave.

Directions to Quality Title & Abstract Agency from the West:

1. Take I‑195 east toward the Shore, then follow signs for Route 18 north.
2. On Route 18, use Exit 10 for Asbury Ave / Route 66 east and continue toward Asbury Park.
3. Use either local approach:
   • Option A (via Logan Rd): From Asbury Ave, turn left onto Logan Road, then right onto Sunset Ave to 3415 Sunset Ave.
   • Option B (via Route 71/Main St): Continue to Main St (NJ‑71), turn right (south), then right (west) onto Sunset Ave; follow west into Ocean Township to 3415 Sunset Ave.

Quick notes & tips

• The Asbury Park circle and the GSP Exit 100/100A/100B complex can be busy; allow extra time on summer weekends.
