Jim is President of Quality Title & Abstract Agency and The Jordan Real Estate Group which have served the real estate, lending and legal community for over 35 years. Jim leads a group of industry veterans which has adopted his business philosophy of “treat every order as if it is our only order; every client as if they are our only client”
A Title Officer since 1992, Jim holds title insurance licenses in New Jersey and 12 additional east coast states. He also started his real estate appraisal career in 1988 and is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, New York and Florida. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds IFA and ASA designations from the American Society of Appraisers.

Jim is a resident of Monmouth County. He served on the executive committee of the Greater New Jersey Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for over 10 years and is a member of the Collateral Risk Network which is an appraisal industry association of senior real estate appraisers around the country.
